234 Linden Street

Eclectic details keep guests and employees entertained in this corporate common area

This historic building in Old Town Fort Collins repurposes a second-story retail space into two separate offices. Renovations called for an equally new and exciting shared entry and lobby. The design team was challenged to create a shared lobby space that would feel welcoming, comfortable and elegant while also providing guests with a stylish and energizing experience. The space under the stairs is even utilized to provide guests secure storage for their bicycles. Classic gray paint brightens the space, while glass paneled stair railings make the space feel open and airy. A large glowing chandelier catches your eye as you make your way up the stairs and the furniture in the lobby provides a bright accent welcoming visitors.
